It is our moral and social responsibility to supply quality, safe products. Each level of production here at Kingdom Foods is vetted vigorously to ensure our own high-quality standards are maintained. Quality assurance is done at various levels through:
- On-site quality audits. This is done both on our farms and the processing plants to ensure that only quality products reach your table. This audit entails inspection of machines and tools used in production.
- Safety inspection of raw materials. This ensures that every ingredient that goes into the final product is within safe parameters and in line with the codes set by the relevant food safety authority within the jurisdiction that we are operating.
- Safety assessment on documentation and labeling in order to comply with statutory requirements and inform customers of potential dangers and other information. This information may include potential allergens or potential side effects if any.
- Human Resource Training and Certification. Each of our employees is taken through a rigorous training course before commencing with employment. The training is necessary to impart them with necessary statutory food management skills and certification. All our employees are certified with the necessary food handling certification from all the government bodies involved with food safety.
